Talent & People Operations

HealthMode was created to improve clinical trials with AI-enabled patient measures. We develop products that collect patient data from real-world settings and transform them into quantifiable clinical measures providing evidence for clinical trials and patient care. We follow a 3-step product validation path - product feasibility study, data collection and model development, clinical validation. On this path, we develop industry and clinical research partnerships that support the development and adoption of the new measures. We integrate regulatory discussions throughout our process to speed up innovation adoption within the pharmaceutical industry.

HealthMode is seeking a savvy all-arounder who will take ownership of Talent and People Operations functions as well as help with other aspects of General Business Operations. The role’s primary focus is designing and running an end-to-end recruiting process with emphasis on quality and creating a productive and positive environment and culture by leading onboarding and further development of the team.

Our future colleague is comfortable with wearing several hats at the same time and shifting gears often. They will work closely with leadership and help design the strategy around talent and growth, where initiative and ability to lead the change is important. At the same time, they will be responsible for implementation and execution of these initiatives and are comfortable with hands-on agenda too. We are looking for an independent person with a great sense of ownership that will grow into a leading position in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

Talent

  • Work with leadership on talent strategy for CE and US market and new roles design
  • Own end-to-end recruiting process with focus on quality
  • Work closely with hiring team on designing role descriptions, defining key skills, necessary background and evaluation process
  • Building the pipeline with focus on active sourcing, identification of top talent on the market and creating positive candidate experience
  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews
  • Owning closing process - communication and negotiation with candidates, extending the offer and post-close communication
  • Owning the continuous playbook development and improvement
  • Planning and reporting of headcount plan, pipeline progress and status and tracking the relevant metrics

People Operations

  • Administration of employee and contractor paperwork
  • Lead onboarding process for new employees
  • Lead regular performance reviews - working closely with leadership and the teams on providing feedback and growth plans
  • Own compensation and growth ladders, ensuring that we offer a fair compensation with regards to seniority, impact and market situation
  • Administration of equity grants
  • Work closely with leadership on defining and strengthening company culture and creating productive and positive working environment for your colleagues

General Operations

  • Company assets management (evidence and ordering of new notebooks, peripherals etc.)
  • Office management - communication person for coworking spaces, managing local offices budgets and improvements
  • Ownership of HealthMode’s toolkit (GSuite, Slack, Zoom and Asana) - creation and management of all company accounts, basic troubleshooting with users
  • Ownership of employee training and policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience with Recruiting / People Operations / HR in a startup or a small company
  • Experience with leading medium to large scope projects with a few stakeholders and team members, defining and executing the strategy
  • Solid business understanding
  • Good communication skills, ability to work effectively with leadership, peers, candidates and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with distributed teams in an international environment
  • Ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations
